Claudia Henning

 I started competing with Maggie, an English Mastiff, in obedience venues in 1993 earning a CDX.

 After acquiring an Australian Shepherd, I was introduced to UKC Agility and eventually AKC and NADAC agility and fell in love with the sport.  With my first Flat Coat Retriever, I started to hunt and track, putting titles in all venues on ‘Ridley’ which placed him in the Flat Coat Hall of Fame.

Since then, the Flat Coat has been my favorite “breed”.  However, I wanted to experience a small dog with the special nuances that are peculiar to that size dog and added Joe, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to our pack in 2002.  

Currently, I am competing with 3 Flat Coats on a regular basis in agility, obedience and rally.  I have been a trainer for over 10 years primarily in agility but am available for starting puppies, behavioral problems and competition obedience.  My goal is to help individuals to communicate with their dog(s) and to acquire achievable goals.
